Multnomah County I/DD Housing Assistance program serves households currently receiving case management services through the I/DD program or one of the Multnomah County Support Services brokerages: UCP Connections & UCP Mentors If someone in your household is receiving Mult. Co.
I/DD case management services and would like to apply for Short Term Rent Assistance through our program, contact your case manager or personal agent to assist you with the application process.
