HOP-MF is a new affordable housing program which will provide resources to: Perform emergency repairs to existing affordable units Rehab and preserve existing affordable units Build new affordable rental units The Final Program Guidelines are available online. The original 2023 HOP-MF application round closed in June 2023. The 2025 HOP-MF application round will open in August 2025 and close September 8, 2025.
The deadline for submitting applications is June 6, 2023 at 4:00 PM.
