Available Funding: $10,000,000 total Maximum Award: $250,000 per organization Grant Period: January 15, 2025 - January 14, 2026 Application Deadline: December 16, 2024, by 11:59 PM Program Overview: This program will provide essential funding to organizations preparing to participate in the NJ FamilyCare Housing Supports program.
Startup costs (Medicaid enrollment, MCO contracting, IT systems) Seed capital for new staff (administrative and frontline) Program readiness activities Flexible funding for innovative approaches Minimum three years of experience in providing relevant housing services Attendance at mandatory technical assistance workshop Active participation or willingness to participate in NJ HMIS Executed Letter(s) of Intent with MCO(s) Demonstrated commitment to Housing First principles Inclusion of persons with lived experience and expertise (PWLEE) MANDATORY Technical Assistance Session: Date: Tuesday, November 26th Time: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM Format: Virtual Registration required: [TA Session Registration Link] How to Apply: Applications must be submitted through DCA SAGE.
