Organization Project Description To: Board Approval Salisbury Free Public Library renovate the Historic Town Hall, providing running water, a wastewater system, and a bathroom, along with ensuring the building is ADA compliant allowing for the expansion of community use to the second floor of the building. The Building Community Grants will specifically be used to insulate the ceiling of the second floor.
Starksboro Cooperative Preschool create a second classroom space and bathroom, two new offices, secure storage, along with the creation of shelving for storage, replacement of the perimeter fencing, and a revitalization of the playground. Willowell Foundation install safety fencing, construct exterior stairs, complete the kitchen and appliance set up, and finish site improvements for the Wren's Nest Forest Preschool project.
Bennington Museum fund a new HVAC system in the future home of the 250th Sunrise Family Resource Center construct an indoor playroom by remodeling two bedrooms into one larger room. The Wilson House of East Dorset extend the wheelchair accessibility into the kitchen area and front area of the house to also allow access into the main dining room and front parlor. An exterior ramp will also be constructed with a wraparound porch.
Lyndon Institute renovate an exisiting building into a Functional Life Skills Training Center. Renovations would incluce plumbing and electrical upgrades, and appliance installation. Bolton Valley Water and Community Development refurbish the community wastewater treatment facility.

St. Joseph Residential Care Home replace 22 aging windows on the ground floor in the 15,000. 00 The City of Essex Junction renovate and modernize the existing senior center including the bathroom, walls and interior, and to add in energy efficiency and safety upgrades..
Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity - Voices Against Violence repair the facia and soffit sections of the shelter roof. 25,000. 00 Community Health Centers convert a window at the rear of the building into a staff entrance and area for deliveries.
Reverend George L. Fox Memorial Chapel install a vertical platform lift. 20,000.
00 Fairfield Community Center relocate the facility dumpster, manage water district access, and install fencing, deliniate parking areas from the entranceway, and add needed signage. Maquam Bay of Missiquoi renovate the main building to address deferred maintenance issues, structural and physical accessibility, energy efficiency upgrades, and electrical upgrades.
Grant funding will purchase a walk-in cooler/freezer and construct a loading ramp on the rear of the building. Swanton Public Library replace the carpet on the main floor of the library. 0.

Town of Morristown complete preservation work at the Noyes House Museum, including repairs to the front door fanlight, replacement of the deteroriated barn clapboards, and cleaning and treatment of the north roof. The grant would specifically be used to install flooring and update the paint in the Early Childhood Education Center on the first floor.
Rutland Free Library finalize abatement of all lead-containing surfaces on the three west-side windows, repaint, and repair the windows as needed. St. Joseph Kervick Residence replace the outdated heating valves compatible with the newly installed thermostats.

Turning Point Recovery Center of to construct two moveable interior walls and three smaller supportive permanent wall structures to reconfigue the central space of the recovery center.
