2027 Human Services Grant • Moses Lake, WA 2027 Human Services Grant 2027 Human Services Grant The City of Moses Lake is pleased to announce the opening of the 2027 Human Services Grant Program. Applications will be accepted July 15, 2026, through August 17, 2026 .
Established by the Moses Lake City Council through Resolution 4026, the Human Services Grant Program provides annual General Fund support to nonprofit and community-based organizations that deliver direct, measurable services to Moses Lake residents.
Eligible organizations are encouraged to apply for funding to support programs that address community needs, including: • Food security and nutrition programs • Youth and senior services • Utility assistance and other basic needs • Other community-based human services that improve the health, safety, and well-being of Moses Lake residents Priority will be given to programs that provide direct services to Moses Lake residents, address critical community needs, promote self-sufficiency, and serve vulnerable or low- to moderate-income populations.
Applications must be submitted electronically through the City's online application portal no later than 3:00 p. m. on Monday, August 17, 2026 .
