Grants & Community Partnerships | DeKalb County, GA Grants & Community Partnerships The Office of Grants & Administration supports DeKalb County residents by administering funding that strengthens community stability, public safety, and access to essential human services.

Through the Human Services Grant Program, the Division allocates resources to local organizations providing victim assistance, prevention, early intervention, and crisis response services, as well as programs focused on youth development, child and family well-being, and services for older adults.

The Human Services Grant Program partners with nonprofit organizations to address critical community needs, including food insecurity, homelessness, domestic violence, and other challenges affecting DeKalb families and individuals.
