Human Together Community Grants - City and County of Denver opens in new tab or window Human Together Community Grants In 2021, Denver Human Services (DHS) released its first Human Together Community Grants funding opportunity, which was based off input from residents and community partners. In these community conversations, you asked DHS to strengthen your work in the community.
2023 will be the third year that we fund community-driven initiatives. Community-based organizations may apply for up to $50,000 in mini-grant or $120,000 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. Denver-based organizations are invited to apply for $800,000 in funding to empower communities through tailored navigation services.
Announcing our 2023 Awardees In fall 2023, Denver Human Services (DHS) invited community-based organizations to apply for up to $50,000 in mini-grant or $120,000 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding, totaling $800,000. Awardees will create, enhance, or expand capacity to support community-based navigation of benefits and local resources.
The most vital resources for Denver families and individuals include support with food, housing, employment, social isolation and mental health. Congratulations to our 2023 Human Together Community Grant awardees! Human Together Mini Grants These grants are locally sourced funds through DHS.
