Competitive and non-competitive projects are considered by the Expert Councils, which include independent experts in a particular field, and the Board of the Fund. After a thorough project analysis and discussion, they decide on approval or rejection of projects. The decisions of the Program Councils and the Board are final and can not be reviewed.
