IBE Business Training Institute - Indiana Black Expo Take Your Business to the Next Level Supported by key partners, IBE has created the Business Training Institute (BTI). This robust business management program is offered free of charge to those who are accepted. Our Commitment to Entrepreneurs BTI training sessions focus on practical business skills that can immediately be applied by small business owners.
In addition, a monetary reward is provided to the top business owner/business in each cohort that excels in the program. Many businesses will also be eligible for growth grants and continued support after completing the program.
The goals of the program are (1) to ensure that participating business owners have sufficient knowledge, opportunities and relationships to sustain and grow their business; (2) to upskill entrepreneurs and provide supports that ultimately help increase their revenues; and (3) to develop community wealth to help close the racial wealth gap.
