Scholastic’s Grant Writing Seminar Free online seminar course for educators that includes information on developing a needs assessment, the budget, project description and sample proposals. Community-based foundations Local Clubs of Civic Organizations including: Rotary International, Lions Club International , The Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks , and Altrusa International Local City & County Offices There are state agencies in Illinois that provide a combination of formula grants and competitive grants.

Full time administrators, such as principals, assistant principles, and school district staff are not eligible.
