Granting – Community Foundation of Central Missouri 2025CommSupGrant_MealsonWheels 2025CommSupGrant_MORiverRelief 2025CommSupGrant_RagtagFS Annual Community Support and Impact Grants The Community Foundation of Central Missouri (CFCM) is pleased to offer Community Support Grants from its Community Granting Fund each year. Support Grants help fund new or existing programs where modest financial support can make a positive impact.
Grants are available in amounts of $500, $1,000, and $1,500. Not all applications can or will be funded. The process for Community Support Grants is detailed HERE .
The online application link for Community Support Grants can be accessed HERE from June 15 through July 31 each year. CFCM is also pleased to offer Community Impact Grants to two organizations, each receiving a $5,000 award. These Impact Grants are program/project based and aim to make a significant impact in the mid-Missouri area.
The process for Community Impact Grants can be found HERE . Impact Grants allow CFCM to have a greater effect with a more significant allocation. The online application form for an Impact Grant is available HERE from June 15 through July 31 each year.
Examples of 2025 Community Impact Grants The following two organizations, listed with their counties, received Impact Grants for their exemplary and creative programming in 2025: City of Maples Repertory Theater: $5,000 for “Curtain Up! Maples Theater Enhancing Middle School Curriculum (Macon & Randolph) Child Advocacy Center of Central Missouri: $5,000 for “Connect & Communicate” Website to build brand awareness of new organization.
(Boone) Examples of 2025 Community Support Grants The following organizations received grants in 2025 to help them with their service delivery and operations. They are listed with the counties they serve.
Each grant ranged from $500 to $1,500: Central Missouri Community Action $1,500 for “ Women and Infant Relief Fund ” (Boone and Surrounding Counties) Foundation of Daniel Boone Regional Library : $1,500 for “ Meeting Basic Needs with Dignity at the Columbia Public Library ” (Boone) Meals on Wheels of Columbia $1,500 for “ Combatting Hunger & Isolation ” (Boone) Services for Independent Living : $1,500 for “ Independent Living Skills Classes ” (Boone) CHA Low-Income Services, Inc. $1,500 for “ Family Forward: Moving Ahead Together ” (Boone) Boonslick Salvation Army : $1,500 for “ Home-related Assistance ” (Cooper) Missouri River Relief : $1,500 for “ Mornings at the River: A Preschool Environmental Education Program ” (Boone) Central Missouri Foster Care and Adoption Association: $1,500 for “Care Fund for Audrain County” (Boone) Ragtag Film Society : $1,500 for “ Camp True False ” (Boone) These grants empower local nonprofits to continue their invaluable work, making a lasting impact on the community.
