According to the current listing, eligibility includes: Already existing nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations in good standing with the IRS, government/quasi-governmental agencies applying for an extraordinary project not funded by tax revenue, religious organizations requesting funding for non-sectarian activities, or civic groups that are not 501(c)(3) organizations requesting funding for a community cause, providing direct benefits to Frederick County, Maryland.
