Impact Polk - GiveWell Community Foundation Impact Polk is an annual competitive, donor-directed grant program of GiveWell Community Foundation with the goal of addressing community needs throughout Polk County. Impact Polk grants support a broad range of needs, as defined in the United Community Needs Assessment.
Public nonprofit organizations that serve in Polk County and are recognized by the IRS as described in the IRS Code Section 501(c)(3) as eligible for tax-exempt status may apply for grant funding.
