org Step 1: Learn If Your Organization Is Eligible If your organization serves residents of Clark County, Floyd County, and/or Harrison County in Indiana and has been around for at least three years then check the rest of our eligibility requirements below! Grant funds can be used over 1 or 2 years as defined in submitted application Organizations must serve Clark, Floyd, and/or Harrison Counties in Indiana SEE 2025 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Please note that there are a couple of differences this year for submitting your Intent to Apply. All Intent to Apply’s must be submitted using the provided link/form. The form will be available on May 1, 2026 on this website.
The deadline to submit the Intent to Apply form is 5pm ET on Friday, May 22, 2026 . SEE 2025 GRANT APPLICATION Step 5: Submit The Grant Application Please note that there are a couple of differences this year for submitting you grant application. All applications must be submitted online and in one file with the rest of your documents. Additional requested documents (Logo, Wishlist, Executive Summary) must also be submitted.
