Pfizer Global Medical Grants (GMG) supports the global healthcare community’s independent initiatives (e.g., research, quality improvement or education) to improve patient outcomes in areas of unmet medical need that are aligned with Pfizer’s medical and/or scientific strategies.

Pfizer’s GMG competitive grant program involves a publicly posted RFP that provides detail regarding a specific area of interest, sets timelines for review and approval, and uses a scientific review committee (SRC ) to make final grant decisions. Organizations are invited to submit an application addressing the specific gaps in practice or care as outlined in the specific RFP.

About t his Visiting Professorship (VP) Program This RFP is to provide financial support to community -based urology and medical oncology Organizations (e.g., independent community urology practices governed by a Board of Directors , community -based medical oncology groups, hospital -affiliated community cancer centers) to host and coordinate a 2.

5 -to -3 hour medical education program to be led by 1-2 Visiting Professor s whose expertise matche s the Organization’s unmet educational and practic e needs related to germline /genetic and somatic (tumor and/or ctDNA) testing for patients with prostate cancer , such as : - Understanding the science of these tests and clinical applications of testing - Patient selection (whom to test and when) - Communicating benefits of testing , risks and results and implications to patients and families - Effective strategies to integrate testing into clinical workflows , such as enabling advanced practice providers to provide support and/or incorporating novel digital tools that support clinical decision -making - Addressing and overcoming financial and reimbursement barriers to testing 2 Targeting these gaps, the goal s of this first -time competitive Visiting Professor program are to provid e meaningful education for prostate cancer care teams in community practice , build ing capacity by helping them identify gaps in patient care , helping engineer practice -level solutions, and foster ing collaborations among community -based practitioners and academic experts .

Urologists, medical oncologists, advanced practice providers, and patients will benefit from the knowledge and onsite presence of distinguished clinical experts who might otherwise be inaccessible. The goal of this program is to help initiate / implement a practice level -solution to improv e the delivery of prostate cancer care at the grantee’s site specific to their unique practice gaps related to germline and somatic testing .

Our support for this program reflects our commitment to improving outcomes for patients with prostate cancer and advancing clinical expertise, education, and capacity for healthcare professionals. Geographic Scope: United States • Applicant must have a medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS , NP or equivalent) and hold a position as a urologist or medical oncologist seeing patients with prostate cancer .

• Organization and hosting team must be in the United States. • The education program may involve participants from multiple clinical specialties or service areas within the Organization as long as all participants have a relevant role and educational need . • Organization must be legally able to receive award funding directly from Pfizer Inc. We strongly recommend that applicants confirm this prior to applying .

Grants approved to organizations that are subsequently determined to be unable to accept funding directly from Pfizer Inc. may be subject to rescission. 3 Date RFP Issued: April 24, 2026 Clinical Area: Urology and Oncology – Genitourinary – Prostate Cancer The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite organizations to submit applications to host a 2.

5 -to -3 hour medical education program at or near by the organization, to be led by 1-2 Visiting Professor s (VPs) with expertise matched to the organization’s unmet educational and pragmatic needs related to integrating and acting on germline and somatic (tumor and/or ctDNA) testing for patients with prostate cancer .

Following the education program, organizations will implement their action plan to incorporate, increase , or improve the use of guideline -concordant germline and somatic testing to improve prostate cancer patient care. Application s from organizations interested in host ing this program must include , but are not limited to , the following : ## • Descri ption of the Or ganization ’s mission, vision, impact , and reach .

Thi s includes statistics and descriptions of the following : ## • Mission and Vision of Organization . ## • Organization’s s tructure and geographic area served . ## • Prostate cancer prevention, screening, diagnosis, and treatment services, certifications , and specialties offered.

## • Number of prostate cancer patients served and number of ## • Estimated current testing rates for somatic and germline ## • Any u nderserved or high -risk patient populations seen. ## • Total and individual numbers of clinical staff providing prostate cancer care i.e. urologists, medical oncologists, APPs, nurses, navigators, genetic counselors, etc. ## • Any involvement in clinical trials.

## • Any prostate cancer educational platforms or programs .

## • Description of the organization’s medical gaps, unmet needs, challenges, and questions surrounding providing and utilizing germline and somatic testing for the management of patients with prostate cancer, for which a Visiting Professor could provide education , such as : ## • Training needs of healthcare team , including physicians, nurses , and other allied health professionals.

▪ May include but is not limited to the following: core concepts and clinical applications for testing , patient 4 selection, use of results for prognostication, management / treatment selecti on, clinical trial referrals , communicating about tests and results with ## • Gaps or c hallenges related to integrating tests into clinical workflows , any solutions attempted to date , impact and any ## • Prostate cancer care disparities that program can impact.

## • Support needs related to addressing costs of these tests , ## • Draft agenda for a 2. 5 -to -3-hour medical education program covering a concise clinical review , discussion of practice - specific gaps , and solutions to address these gaps . Agenda should include but is not limited to : ## • Description of desired expertise from Visiting Professor (s) and desired medical discipline .

## • Proposed (example) agenda for topics to be covered . The VP and awardee can work together to further elaborate on the agenda once the VP is assigned to the site.

## • Documents (if any) for review , including but not limited to: workflows, processes, staff ing ## • Expected number of healthcare professionals attending this ## • Proposed site (program will include didactic and discussion components and includes a meal – breakfast, lunch , or dinner . PCF will work with awarde es on location which could be on site or offsite /nearby for participants.

## • Line -item b udget for all local costs for project implementation at healthcare site such as local onsite management, logistics , staff time , planning , and other implementation or initiation costs .

PCF will cover all medical education meeting expenses , including room rental if required , meal , and AV , as well as travel expenses and honoraria for Visiting Professors ; therefore, these costs should not be included in the budget. The total budget for the RFP is $250,000 USD, with plans to support 5 -7 organizations.

Please include at least 2 quantifiable outcome metrics related to the project goal , to be discussed and confirmed during the education program and included in a concise outcomes report submitted by the Organization 6 and 12 months after the program (e.g. a baseline 5 to current practice post -activity comparison ).

In 2027, PCF will provide registration and travel support for one participant per Organization to attend the PCF Scientific Retreat, the world’s foremost scientific conference on prostate cancer biology and treatment , which is held annually in autumn . Please indicate Organization’s interest and expected availability to attend . ## • Availability and willingness to participat e in video interviews.

After the program, PCF will create videos in which participants describe their Organization’s baseline somatic and germline genetic testing challenges, learnings, practice -specific solutions, and concrete outcomes . T hese videos help disseminate key learnings to a wider clinical audience and will be hosted publicly on UroToday.

Please indicate your interest and willingness to participate in a video interview , either onsite at PCF Scientific Retreat or virtually . Target Audience : Urologist or m edical oncologist should serve as Program Chair , but all othe r medical disciplines can be included in the Program plan , such as pathologists, APPs, nurses, navigators, other allied prostate cancer healthcare providers , genetic counselors, etc .

• The total budget for the RFP is $250,000 USD, with plans to support 5-7 organizations . Individual project budgets should not exceed • Please note: PCF will select 1-2 Visiting Professors based on the approved p rogram and its knowledge gaps .

In terms of the metrics used for the needs assessment, describe how your organization will determine if the gap was addressed for the target group. Specify at least two quantifiable Program outcomes you plan to track and report for your organization at 6 and 12 months. Identify the data sources your organization expects to use to assess th ese outcomes and how data will be collect ed and analyze d.

Explain the method used to control for other factors outside this project (e.g., use of a control group or compar ison with baseline data). Also s pecify the amount of change expected from this project in terms of the target audience. Describe how your organization will determine if the target audience was fully engaged in the project.

Participation in PCF Scientific Retreat • We will provide travel and registration support for one participant per awarded organization to attend the 2027 PCF Scientific Retreat , an invitation -only meeting that is the foremost scientific conference in the world on the biology and treatment of prostate cancer. The Retreat is held annually in autumn (October) . Please indicate interest and willingness to attend.

Participation in Video Interviews After the program, we will create videos in which participants describe their baseline testing challenges, learnings, practice -specific solutions, and concrete outcome s.
