Grant Applicants - Indiana Breast Cancer Plate With funds raised through the Indiana breast cancer license plate and other donations, we proudly invest hundreds of thousands of dollars each year for FREE breast cancer screening, diagnostic and support programs throughout Indiana. We invite you to consider becoming part of our mission. Apply for a grant to address unmet breast cancer screening and diagnostic needs in your community.
See eligibility and deadline details below. 2027 Breast Health Services Application Projects must provide screening or diagnostic services to uninsured or underinsured women or men in financial need. IBCAT recommends at or below the 350% Federal Poverty Level .
Services are restricted to Indiana residents only Applicants must be a U.S. nonprofit (federally tax-exempt) organization Organizations may submit one application per physical facility Funding limits apply.
Reimbursement is based on current Medicare rates — see the application for details Funded projects require a signed grant contract and submission of Quarterly financial reports Grant Application Due: Delivered by mail no later than Thursday, September 24, 2026.
