Applicants must primarily reside and work in the county served by the administering organization they apply through. Artists cannot have previously received a Legacy Artist Fellowship. Previous Emerging or Established fellows may apply for the next tier up. Applicants must use a personal tax identification number (SSN or ITIN) to receive funding and apply directly (fiscal sponsors are not permitted for this program).
