Individual Artist Fellowships (Delaware)

Creative Aging is a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts that funds organizations delivering structured arts learning programs for adults aged 55 and older. Programs must be led by professional teaching artists trained in creative aging and drawn from the Delaware Artist Roster, spanning eight sequential weekly classes across visual, literary, or performing arts, culminating in a community event. Eligible applicants are Delaware-based government entities or 501(c)(3)/501(c)(4) nonprofits that have completed Division training as a hosting organization. Awards cover up to 100% of eligible program expenses, not to exceed $5,000, with no match required. Applications are accepted quarterly on a rolling basis; the next deadline is April 1, 2026 for activities beginning between May 15 and August 15.

Jerome Early-Career Project Grants is a grant from Forecast Public Art, funded by the Jerome Foundation, that funds the creation of new public art projects by early-career artists based in Minnesota. Two grants of $8,000 each are awarded annually to support temporary or permanent public artworks anywhere in Minnesota. Projects may be supported by public or nonprofit agencies but private commissions are not eligible, and a secured project site is required at the time of application. The program places special emphasis on supporting BIPOC and Native artists, LGBTQIA+ artists, women artists, immigrant artists, rural artists, and artists with disabilities. Eligible applicants are Minnesota-based individual artists with 2–10 years of generative experience. The application deadline was October 15, 2025.
