The ECAC administers three grant programs for local artists and arts organizations. For more information, visit the **Cultural Arts Grants** page. The ECAC oversees the Public Art programs within the City of Elgin which include programs such as the New Works program, Spontaneous Art Wall, Utility Box Wrapping Program, and more.
