Industrial Hemp Grant Program is sponsored by State of Utah. Offers grants to Utah businesses with a cannabinoid processor license or industrial hemp producer registration to develop industrial hemp products.

Cannabinoid Product Testing In order to be marketed, sold or distributed in Utah, a cannabinoid product must be registered annually with UDAF.

Please see the Registered Products List , for all currently registered Industrial Hemp Cannabinoid products. NOTE: Industrial hemp products that do not contain any cannabinoids are not required to be registered.
