Find out how your organization can reduce training costs! The application is open now until September 16 ! In October 2025, the United States Department of Labor granted the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) $5M for the Industry-Driven Skills Training Fund Grant.
With this grant, TCSG will reimburse Georgia employers in advanced manufacturing , energy , and construction industries for upskilling new hires and current employees. These training funds will be disbursed during multiple application rounds. The Industry-Driven Skills Training Fund (IDSTF) is a new initiative intended to support employers in training Georgians in the advanced manufacturing, energy and the construction industry.
The federally funded grant program focuses on high-demand and high-wage careers, offering reimbursement for training new hires and upskilling current employees.
