Industry Partnership Fund - SCRA: South Carolina Research Authority Industry Partnership Fund SCRA’s Tax Credit Program SCRA’s mission is to fuel South Carolina’s innovation economy by accelerating technology-enabled growth of academia, entrepreneurship, and industry.
The IPF was established to enable SCRA and its investment affiliate SC Launch Inc., to provide coaching, grants, investments, and other types of support for technology startups and for academic research and development. Contributions made by individuals and organizations provide a dollar-for-dollar tax credit. In addition, depending on an organizations tax status, an IPF contribution may be deductible as an ordinary business expense.
