Personal Information of the SPOC of the Organizations such as Name, Phone no., Email Address and Designation. Personal Information of the Reference Contacts such as Name, Organization, Designation, Address, Email ID, Phone No., Relation with the organization.

Proposal Details such as Such as Project Name, theme, budget, project brief, locations, cost per beneficiary, Duration of grant etc.) Personal Information of the Beneficiaries such as Name, Age, Gender, Contact no., Employment status, story. Photos and Videos related to the project completion (which may include pictures & videos of beneficiaries as well).

Beneficiaries’ details such as Enrollment details, Location details, educational details, Beneficiary Work Experience details, Family details, Training related details, Placement details, Joining Details, PWD Status. Infosys Limited may hereinafter be required to collect, receive, possess. store, deal or handle your Personal Data for the following Purposes: To enable you to register and access the CSR Grant Application.

To enable you to directly submit proposal requests on this platform. To enable you to track the status of the proposal applications. To conduct reference checks, legal checks and relevant verifications for the submitted proposals.

For executing the CSR programs based on proposals submitted by the organizations. For enabling the Infosys Limited team to manage submitted proposals, documentation of grants, project details, legal review process, due diligence workflow, site visit review process, budget planning, disbursement, and other related tasks.

For capturing complete lifecycle of a beneficiary associated with respective projects in order to generate analytics and visual dashboards, such as statistics and graphs summarizing beneficiary performance and placement outcomes. For publishing case studies, beneficiaries’ stories etc. on this platform. For internal management of the Platform and sharing updates between authorized users.

For audits and reporting purposes. For complying with any Legal obligations on us, including any applicable laws and protecting our legal rights, seeking remedies, and defending against claims.

You hereby understand that the following recipients shall be collecting and retaining Your Personal Data: Internal departments within Infosys Limited: Authorized members of functions such as Infosys Foundation team, Finance team, DC CSR Team, Legal team, Marketing team etc. Authorized service providers of Infosys Limited for this CSR Grant Application Auditors (Internal/External) and Authorities.

Data transfer and Storage: If necessary for the above stated purpose, the Personal Data listed above may be transferred to our offices, our partner institutions/colleges, our authorized service providers and such data will be stored on our authorized cloud service providers’ servers.

Infosys Limited adopts reasonable and appropriate security practices and procedures including administrative, physical security, and technical controls in order to safeguard your Personal Data. Personal Data will not be retained for a period more than necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for directly related legitimate business purposes.
