Innovation Grants – Pacific Library Partnership Innovation and Technology Opportunity Grants Each fiscal year, the Pacific Library Partnership, through a competitive process, awards grants to PLP libraries to support innovation and technology. They are awarded in two categories: Innovation and Technology Opportunity Grants (Category A), and the Grant Replication Program (Category B). The grant amounts awarded vary depending on budget.
These grants are highly competitive, and the winners will best represent innovative ideas for improving communities through accessible technology. FY 2026-27 PLP Innovation and Technology Opportunity Grants are Now Open Applications for the PLP 2026-27 Innovation and Technology Opportunity Grants (Category A), and the Grant Replication Program (Category B) are open until September 7, 2026 .
