What We Offer - Forum for Congregational Life The Forum provides leaders and communities across Christian traditions a place for connection, exploration and fresh perspectives about congregational life though grants for individual leaders and teams, stories of congregations and their impact, and programs that resource and bring together people who care about congregational thriving.
Publications & Newsletters Our grants and awards aim to strengthen the capacity of organizational leaders and teams, and to acknowledge the impact of congregational work on the lives of participants and communities. Reflective Leadership Grants Reflective Leadership Grants provide individual leaders, or teams of leaders, with time to reflect on their services to pastors and congregations in a structured process.
More information on applying for upcoming Reflective Leadership Grants will be available in the fall of 2026. Learn more about the Reflective Leadership Grant program These grants offer funds to Christian institutions in order to improve or develop organizational capacities as they serve pastors and congregations.
