The Innovation Planning Grant and Innovation Grant were authorized in 2023 Wisconsin Act 12 and modified under 2025 Wisconsin Act 15. Innovation Grant application (Form SL-405) available in MyDORGov Second application period open in October 2026 Innovation Grant Lunch & Learn September 29, 2026, 12-1 p. m.

All Innovation Grant contracts must include: Service to be transferred and the effective date of the transfer Signatures by all parties to the contract dated on or after November 13, 2024 End date of the contract (must be for a minimum of three years).
