Funding released on: August 1, 2026 Funding must be spent by: July 31, 2027 Budget guidelines, key dates, eligibility information (1 page) Inova Community Health Opportunities Priorities and Recommendations (3 pages) Download the budget template All applications must be submitted by April 17, 2026 at noon. Online support to assist with technical difficulties will be available, via chf@inova. org , until April 16, 2026 at noon.
