To teach people about their beauty, diversity, and importance to our environment. INPS funds two grant programs, each with its own emphasis, application process, and timelines. Please review the program guidelines for each to determine which is best suited to fund your project.
Letha’s Youth Outdoors Fund The Fund seeks to bond children with nature by supporting travel to natural areas with guidance by knowledgeable leaders. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis; grants are awarded to appropriate projects as long as funds are available. These support projects in two categories: demonstration gardens and land management or conservation.
The yearly deadline for submissions is February 1, and results are announced in early March. Small Grants from Regional Chapters South Central Chapter Grants Indiana Bioinventory Grants The Indiana Native Plant Society is a supporting partner of the Indiana Bioinventory Grant Program.
This program provides small grants for qualified bioinventory projects that gather data from protected lands to inform land acquisition and management strategies. The program is managed through a partnership between the Indiana Land Protection Alliance and the Indiana Academy of Science. Learn more at: https://www.
