The 10-day public comment period for these documents begins on August 11, 2025 and ends on August 21, 2025. Comments related to the updated Project Priority Lists can be sent via email to dec. srfprogram@alaska.
gov or to the mailing address listed below. Following the close of the 10-day comment period, the final version of the Project Priority Lists will be completed. The draft Project Priority Lists are available on the State Revolving Fund Program website at: https://dec.
alaska. gov/water/state-revolving-fund/intended-use-plans/ . A copy of the Project Priority Lists can be mailed upon request.

The Intended Use Plans and associated Project Priority Lists outline the SRF Program’s plan for administering the funding available through the Alaska Clean Water and Drinking Water Funds. The Intended Use Plans include the funding made available through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021 (also referred to as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law or BIL).
