Find ICO Specific Information Funding Considerations and The purpose of this program is to encourage applications for research training programs to develop and strengthen the scientific leadership and expertise needed for research at eligible Low-and Middle-Income Country institutions. U.S. domestic institutions Foreign institutions in low- and middle-income (LMIC) countries are eligible to apply.
