International Security & Foreign Policy Grant

The International Security and Foreign Policy Program is a grant from the Smith Richardson Foundation that funds research and writing on public policy topics related to international security, foreign policy, and U.S. national interests. The program supports scholars and researchers producing rigorous, policy-relevant analysis on priority areas identified by the Foundation. Applications begin with a concept paper of up to six pages; if selected, applicants are invited to submit a full proposal. Grants of $50,000 or less are reviewed on a rolling basis, while larger grants and multi-year requests are considered at board meetings. Award amounts range from $50,000 to $300,000. Eligible applicants include individual scholars and researchers, typically applying through an affiliated organization.

Supply Chain Development (within the International Technology Security and Innovation (ITSI) Fund) is sponsored by U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs (EB). This solicitation, specific to Mexico, invites statements of interest (SOI) for programs under the ITSI Fund to help expand international semiconductor assembly, testing, and packaging (ATP) capacity in key partner countries.
