edu/ContactUs. aspx" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Contact International Scholarship Applications Full-time, degree-seeking international students may qualify for an International Student Scholarship. This is a scholarship offered by the Office of International Programs and, if granted, will be applied towards the student's tuition over two semesters.
To qualify for this scholarship the student must fill out the application, have a minimum GPA of 2. 75 and gain full admissions to a degree program (not ESL). Application for the scholarship does not guarantee the student will receive the award.
The Office of International Programs will review applications and notify applicants who are selected. Please submit your application to international@nsuok. edu .

I will begin attending NSU in the Spring 2026 semester. International students who meet regular international admission requirements (not admitted alternatively, conditionally, or on probation) AND live on campus may be eligible for a scholarship waiving 50% of their non-resident tuition for their first bachelor's and master's degrees.
Non-resident tuition is $316 per credit hour for undergraduates and $345 per credit hour for graduate students, in addition to in-state tuition, which is $230. 65 per credit hour for undergraduates and $290. 92 per credit hour for graduate students.
This program waives only a portion of the non-resident tuition . Students are still responsible for paying the remaining non-resident tuition and If you are a legacy student whose parent, grandparent, or sibling earned a degree (bachelor's or master's degree) from NSU, you will not be required to live on campus in order to receive the scholarship. Incoming Freshmen: Must have a minimum 3.

Light the Way Emergency Fund In celebration of the 125th anniversary of Seminary Hall, President Steve Turner issued a challenge to the Northeastern State University Centurions and President’s Circle donors to establish an emergency fund for NSU students in need.
This new funding source is designed to assist students (undergraduate and graduate) during times of crisis in order for them to maintain their enrollment.
