Program Operations Intern This role will working closely with our Program Operations Department and other staff throughout the organization to conduct various projects to create, improve and maintain systems, processes and tools that contribute to overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Engaging in both small and large projects, you will help identify operational challenges and solutions to help improve the performance of day-to-day operations Marketing Support Intern- WCTF The Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Marketing Support Intern who is eager to enhance the accessibility and professionalism of our Technical Assistance training and WCTF application materials.

In this role, you will work closely with the Workforce Training Fund Program and the Marketing & Communications Team to transform raw content into polished, branded documents Marketing & Communications Intern In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and communications team to conduct research, capture data and write success stories.

Among other activities, we: Administer the Workforce Training Fund, a trust that each year awards $20 million in incumbent worker training grants to companies. Administer YouthWorks, Massachusetts’ subsidized youth employment program. Coordinate education and workforce activities for the state’s juvenile justice system.

How often do you host internships? How much do interns get paid? Total compensation for the internship is $4,650 spread over bi-weekly payments.

Do I have to live in Boston? No, you do not have to live in or near Boston to participate in our internship cohort. Working in a hybrid work organization, your internship will be remote.

But, you must resident in the state of Massachusetts for the duration of the internship. How long is the internship? Our Spring 2025 Internship Cohort runs January 6 – March 28, 2025.

Interns work a total of 20 hours per week between Monday to Friday. Do I have to be a college student to apply? No, this opportunity is open not only to college students and recent graduates but also to individuals in career transitions or exploring new career paths.
