FY 2026-27 Intimate Partner Violence Prevention (FD) Program Supplemental - California Grants Portal To create or expand Intimate Partner Violence, Sexual Assault, and Teen Dating Violence prevention programs. The purpose of the Intimate Partner Violence Prevention (FD) Program is to prevent intimate partner violence, including teen dating violence, and sexual assault.

The purpose of the Intimate Partner Violence Prevention (FD) Program is to prevent intimate partner violence, including teen dating violence, and sexual assault.
2026-27 Child Abduction Training (AC) Program is sponsored by Governor's Office of Emergency Services. The Program is to collaborate with the California Child Abduction Task Force (Task Force) to develop and provide statewide training and resources to multidisciplinary professionals involved in the investigation and intervention of child abduction cases. The Subrecipient will also be responsible for creating and managing a Child Abduction Resources website with current training information and relevant resources related to child abduction. For an organization to be able to submit a proposal and/or eligible to compete for funding (i.e. read and rated) they must meet the following requirements: • Be a non-profit or governmental organization. • Have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM). Applicants who do not currently have a UEI will need to register at SAM.gov to obtain one. Applicants without an UEI will be unable to submit a proposal in GCS. • Not have an exclusion record within SAM.gov. An exclusion record within SAM.gov indicates that a contractor (agency) is listed in the federal government-wide system for debarment and suspension. An agency that is debarred or suspended is excluded from activities involving federal financial and nonfinancial assistance and benefits. Check SAM status. Applicants with an exclusion record will be unable to submit a proposal in GCS. • Be registered with the California Department of Justice’s Registry of Charitable Trusts with a “current,” “exempt,” or “pending” status (applies to non-profit organizations only. Check non-profit status. • Have a current registration on the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search website (e.g., must not be on the Auto-Revocation List). If an Applicant is on the Auto-Revocation List, they must provide documentation that substantiates they have been registered. Check IRS Status. • Upload the written Proof of Authority by the governing body (e.g., County Board of Supervisors, City Council, or Governing Board) granting authority to the Authorized Agent to enter the Subrecipient into a specific Grant Subaward(s) with Cal OES. Please Note: proposals that do not meet the above requirements will be disqualified (i.e., ineligible) and will not be read or rated.
California State Nonprofit Security Grant Program (CSNSGP) is a grant from the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services that funds target hardening and security enhancements for nonprofit organizations at high risk for violent attacks and hate crimes due to their ideology, beliefs, or mission. Awards of up to $200,000 per organization are available, with $76 million allocated in the latest funding round. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations operating in California. Funded activities include physical security improvements and vulnerability assessments to protect against threats. The program requires applicants to complete a Vulnerability Assessment Worksheet as part of the application process. Support services applicants had an extended deadline of January 12, 2026. FY 2026 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) – Mississippi is a grant from the Mississippi Office of Homeland Security (MOHS) that funds local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency operations agencies for homeland security preparedness. FEMA-provided funds can be used for equipment, training, exercises, and supplies to protect against terrorism and other threats.
