Iowa Certified Film Festivals Grant | Economic Development & Finance Authority Iowa Certified Film Festivals Grant Certified Film Festivals (CFFs) are eligible to apply for an annual grant that provides flexible programmatic support for film festival activities. The grant is a set funding amount dependent on the tier of the CFF.
The Iowa Certified Film Festivals Grant is administered by the Iowa Arts Council and Produce Iowa – State Office of Film and Media, both of which exist within the Iowa Economic Development Authority. The program is funded through an annual appropriation by the Iowa Legislature. A film festival must be a designated CFF in order to apply for this grant program.
