Water conservation saves money, reduces the energy needed to treat and deliver water and helps ensure clean water for future generations. Austin Water has recently switched to a new online customer portal for our rebate applications. If you have any questions or other issues while applying for a rebate, please immediately contact us for support at watercon@austintexas.

Our residential customers can request free water conservation tools through the Austin Water Conservation Hub . Orders are mailed to you via USPS at no cost. If you prefer to pick up your order at our Waller Creek Center office in downtown Austin, select the pickup option when submitting your request.
