Thanks to funding from the Good Jobs Challenge grant program by the U.S. Economic Development Administration, **many employers and individuals can access this unique training at little to no cost to them! ** This comprehensive program supports companies, institutions, and nonprofit organizations by equipping employees with cutting-edge, industry-relevant technology training.
From artificial intelligence and advanced programming to networking, cybersecurity, healthcare IT, and smart manufacturing, participants gain practical, in-demand expertise that maps directly to emerging workforce needs right here in Central Illinois. Whether employers are looking to upskill current employees or attract new talent, the IT Workforce Accelerator provides solutions that work.
Pathway programs are flexible and adaptable, with individual courses ranging from focused two-day bootcamps to six-month specialty courses, all while being delivered in formats that suit diverse learners including self-paced online modules, blended hybrid courses, or in-person sessions for hands-on experience.
