JP Legacy Award Application | Jeremiah Program Celebrating the next generation of changemakers in our JP family! The JP Legacy Award recognizes children of JP alumni who are creating positive change in their communities and are building personal legacies. To ensure new voices have the opportunity to shine, 2025’s top three finalists must wait until 2026 to reapply.
The first-place winner is not eligible to apply again.
Open to children (ages 13-25) of JP alumni Parent must be a JP graduate who has: Completed an Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree through Jeremiah Program Completed the annual Alumni Census by March 31, 2026 Graduated from JP by December 31, 2025 Three outstanding recipients will receive educational funding through a 529 or peer state program: " * " indicates required fields College Graduation Year * Child's Email * Write N/A if not applicable Child's Phone Number * Write N/A if not applicable Child's Current Grade Level * Does the child have a 529 Account and/or are a part of a Peer State Program?
* How are you actively having an impact on your community and building a personal legacy? (this should be written by JP Child) * Letters of Reccomendation Submit at least two letters of recommendation — we will accept up to three — from a teacher/professor and/or community member. Please ensure the letter includes the context and tenure of the relationship and explicitly states why they support your application.
