People close to social, economic, community or environmental problems may have insight and commitment but still need structured capability, evidence, market discipline and the right specialist support. Jikimu creates an accountable route into that development journey without promising that every idea becomes an enterprise.

Aspiring and emerging social entrepreneurs, teams or existing mission-led enterprises with a real problem to solve and willingness to test assumptions. Access, relationship continuity, responsible referral, partner coordination where relevant and agreed longer-term outcome follow-up.

Clearer problem definition, evidence of demand, stronger operating capability, responsible launch/readiness milestones or other stage-appropriate changes—not a guaranteed business, job, investment or revenue result. Ubunifu Institute—a separate Kenya-based specialist learning and enterprise-development institution—owns the learning, assessment, learner record and credentials. 01 Discover Apply directly, be referred by a community or be nominated by an organisation with an active Goblis agreement. 02 Access Goblis allocates the relevant pathway and hands the minimum required profile to Ubunifu.

03 Learn Ubunifu controls learning, assessment, learner records and credentials. 04 Progress Later stages use their own human-governed admission or readiness decisions. 05 Follow Goblis follows agreed outcomes without taking ownership of private learning records.

Evidence & sustainable scale Participation is the beginning of the evidence chain, not the outcome. Goblis separates access, meaningful start, learning-stage evidence, enterprise milestones and 6/12/24-month outcome follow-up. Scale decisions should consider unit cost, delivery quality, inclusion, safeguarding and what the evidence says.

Access Who can enter? Eligibility and capacity are governed; supported access does not bypass programme rules. Progress What changed?

Stage-specific evidence is recorded without converting course completion into an enterprise-success claim. Sustainability Can the pathway keep working? Programme financing, partner capacity and responsible earned/market pathways are considered alongside outcomes.

Organisation referrals Approved organisations use the same gateway. Organisations may nominate participants only under an active agreement with Goblis. The nomination creates or reuses the Goblis relationship; Ubunifu then handles the responsible learning stage.

Direct Ubunifu services can exist separately, but they are not a second route for Jikimu participant registration.
