The funds are used to hire dedicated staff that provide individualized career and training-related services to eligible veterans and eligible persons with employment barriers, and to assist employers in filling their workforce needs with job-seeking veterans. VETS provides instructions and forms for state government agencies to apply for the JVSG and report on program activities.
Performance outcomes are available for the public to learn how JVSG funding benefits each state, and resources are available to provide technical assistance to grant recipients. Are you looking for a job? Questions?
