The K-12 AI Infrastructure Program is sponsored by Digital Promise (in collaboration with Learning Data Insights, DrivenData, Massive Data Institute at Georgetown University, and Catalyst @ Penn GSE). This multi-year initiative aims to close the gap between scientific principles of teaching and learning and the promise of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI). It will issue grants to develop openly-shared datasets, models, benchmarks, and other digital public goods to advance the accuracy and relevance of AI in education, with outputs openly licensed for free use.
