K-12 Congressionally Funded Community Projects | U.S. Department of Education K-12 Congressionally Funded Community Projects Office of Elementary and Secondary Education (OESE) Congressionally Funded/Appointed List of Eligible Recipients Fiscal Year 2024 K-12 Earmarks in the Appropriations Act, 2024 The Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 (the Act) includes congressionally directed spending (earmarks) entitled Congressionally Funded Community Projects (CFCP).
The Act authorizes these funds and the Explanatory Statement accompanying the Act identifies the dollar amounts for the projects for which funds must be used. For fiscal year 2024, the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education (OESE) was authorized to award $88,084,000 to organizations identified to receive CFCP funds.
Fiscal Year 2023 K-12 Earmarks in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (the Act) includes congressionally directed spending (earmarks) entitled Congressionally Funded Community Projects (CFCP). The Act authorizes these funds and the Explanatory Statement accompanying the Act identifies the dollar amounts for the projects for which funds must be used.
For fiscal year 2023, the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education (OESE) was authorized to award $200. 4 million to organizations identified to receive CFCP grants. Fiscal Year 2022 K-12 Earmarks in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022 The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022 (the Act) included congressionally directed spending (earmarks) entitled Congressionally Funded Community Projects (CFCP).
