Kars For Kids Small Grant Program | Kars4Kids Grants The Kars4Kids Small Grant Program supports educational initiatives across the country, allowing us to extend our impact to children beyond our own programs while remaining aligned with our mission. We are committed to helping children grow into productive, engaged members of their communities through meaningful educational support.
Are you a U.S.-based, IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) organization with a central focus on doing original work on behalf of America’s children? We want to hear from you and welcome submissions from nonprofit organizations whose primary mission is serving children. Eligible organizations operate with a secular, non-religious programmatic focus and deliver meaningful, mission-driven programs.
Approved grants are typically awarded in the amount of $5,000. 1. Tell us about your charity Complete the online application and include a brief overview of your organization’s mission and programs.
2. We’ll be in touch with a decision Our committee carefully reviews each submission. Due to the volume of requests we receive, the review process may take several months and up to one year.
Applications that do not meet our eligibility criteria are generally reviewed and closed earlier in the process. 3. You receive the grant funds If approved, grant funds will be mailed to your organization.
