Grants | Kelley Foundation Board of Directors & Members The Cape Cod Foundation Partnership Board of Directors & Members The Cape Cod Foundation Partnership The Kelley Foundation awards grants to nonprofit organizations that support all areas of the community: health and human services; housing; youth development; food security and access; arts & culture; and the environment.

All grant applicants must be tax-exempt organizations located in Barnstable County, Massachusetts or have a proposed project/program that serves Barnstable County. Private foundations are not eligible for funding. Kelley Foundation grants are not intended to be a source of annual support.

In general, due to limited resources, grants are not awarded to the same organization within a three-year period. We accept applications on a rolling basis throughout the year. The Executive Committee typically meets monthly to interview grant applicants.

Due to the high volume of applications, requests may take six months to be reviewed. The entire process is online. Grant applicants must log in to the online grant system to view the application.
