Ensuring ostomates receive the supplies they need and the support they deserve. Kindred Box is a nonprofit organization in the United States. We collect donated ostomy supplies and distribute them to individuals facing financial hardship who lack adequate health insurance coverage.
Your support enables us to continue providing supplies for ostomates Your extra supplies help those in need and reduce medical waste We help people in the United States who cannot afford ostomy supplies.
~85% of recipents live below the U.S. federal poverty guidelines #1 reason for assistance is the unaffordability of supplies donated supplies distributed since 2019 new supplies diverted from landfills We minimize unnecessary medical waste and its environmental impact by collecting new supplies from individuals with excess, healthcare facilities with overflow, and companies with surplus inventory.
