Points don’t expire as long as your membership remains active. Yes, your full Bean Bucks balance will expire 9 months (specifically, 270 days) after your most recent Bean Bucks earn event, which is the last time your Bean Bucks balance was increased. What happens if I return an item? If you return an item purchased at L. L.

Bean, any points earned on the returned item will be deducted from your account. Any Bean Bucks used toward that purchase will be credited back to your account, and your Bean Bucks expiration date will reset. Your updated balances and expiration date will be reflected in your account after the return is processed.

Why is my points balance showing as negative? Your balance may be displaying as negative if you made a return that deducted more points than you had available in your account. You’ll need to earn enough points to get back to zero before your balance can start growing again.

How does Free Shipping work? L. L.
