That’s why we created the Lab Grown Grant Fund —to provide funding and mentorship for women entrepreneurs in their early stages .
The Lab Grown Grant Fund supports innovative, women-owned businesses making a positive community impact . A portion of every Signature Scent Collection purchase funds financial assistance and mentorship. Each fragrance captures a city's unique energy, and every bottle you purchase helps shape the future of women entrepreneurs.
Every Signature Scent Collection Purchase Supports Small Businesses When you purchase any bottle from our Signature Scent Collection, you’re directly helping women entrepreneurs thrive. Shop these exclusive fragrances, inspired by the energy of the cities we call home, and make a difference with every purchase!
Whether you shop in-store or online, a portion of every sale from the Signature Scent Collection goes directly to the grant. Signature Scent Collection Sample Set The Lab Grown Grant is available to 100% women-owned small businesses in Michigan or in cities where The Aroma Labs has a presence, like Chicago .
Businesses must be in the goods and services sector, have been operating for 1-3 years, and have an annual revenue of $250,000 or less. It's easy. Scroll to the form below, where you’ll provide: A brief description of your business (mission, vision, and target market).
Your financials (revenue, expenses). How you would use the grant funds to grow your business. Why your business deserves the grant, with a focus on innovation and community impact.
We award grants as we hit sales milestones! Once we’ve sold $1,000 or 200 units of product from the Signature Scent Collection, we will award our first $1,000 grant. As the fund grows, so will the size of the grants and the number of recipients.
Your purchase has a direct impact on women entrepreneurs. A panel of business advisors, internal team members, and women entrepreneurs will review applications. We prioritize: Innovative businesses with unique products or services Community-driven businesses making a meaningful impact in their community.
