Applicants may apply for up to $100,000. The next round of the LEAP grant is expected to open in 2027. LEAP grant funding aims to facilitate the participation and/or retention of individuals facing barriers to employment in registered apprenticeship programs, which may include people of color, Indigenous people and women.
Community-based or nonprofit organizations, including 501(c)3 and 501(c)5 organizations. Applicant organizations must be registered with the Secretary of State in Minnesota. Minnesota tribal governments as defined in Minnesota Statutes §10.
