2025 relative au financement du plan d’action pluriannuel en faveur de la République démocratique du Congo pour 2025-2027 Lancement opérationnel du Couloir Vert Kivu-Kinshasa : appui à la mise en place de chaînes de valeur agro-alimentaires intégrées articulées aux objectifs écologiques et environnementaux en RD Congo Référence opérationnelle OPSYS : ACT-63280 Les objectifs spécifiques (résultats) de cette action sont : OS1 Des chaînes de valeur agro-alimentaires intégrées basées sur la collecte, la transformation et l’évacuation des productions des petits agriculteurs et agricultrices locaux et reliant les zones de production agricoles situées dans le Couloir vert et les marchés de consommation alimentaire de Kinshasa ont permis de diversifier les possibilités de développement économique formel et d’augmenter les revenus paysans dans les terroirs de production, tout en contribuant à la sécurisation alimentaire en aval et dans les milieux urbains de destination.
OS2 L’intégrité écologique des zones forestières situées à l’intérieur et à la périphérie des terroirs de production agricole connectés par le Couloir vert été préservée (notamment par l’amélioration des pratiques agricoles dans les filières appuyées), notamment par l’adoption de mesures de protection et de conservation (PSE, soutien au corridor, restauration des paysages dégradés) en concertation étroite avec les parties prenantes concernées (CLIP).
OS3 Le fonctionnement administratif et opérationnel optimal du Couloir Vert, ainsi que la protection effective des personnes et des biens en périphérie des pôles agro-industriels autour desquels les filières économiques formalisées sont articulées (hubs de transformation et logistiques) ont contribué à l’amélioration de la gouvernance publique des activités économiques dans le Couloir Vert, résultant dans un accroissement de l’intérêt des opérateurs privés pour de nouveaux Link to original source: https://international-partnerships.
