The Fall 2026 Cohort will focus on biotech and health tech and will coincide with Arizona Bioscience Week, kicking off on October 5, 2026. Applications close August 7, 2026.
Integrating Growth Startups into Arizona’s Innovation Ecosystem The Arizona Commerce Authority’s LaunchAZ is a community-powered program that helps growth-stage startups integrate in Arizona with the power of mentors, corporate partners, investors, and research institutions ready to help pilot, commercialize, scale.
The ACA offers three cohorts throughout the year that are targeted towards a specific industry, so startups spend time with the experts and opportunities that matter most to their business. Up to 15 companies will be selected from the applicant pool to take part in each cohort anchored around key activities in the state.
The Fall 2026 Cohort will focus on biotech and health tech and will coincide with Arizona Bioscience Week, kicking off on October 5, 2026.
### Fall 2026 Cohort — Biotech / Health Tech ### Applications close**August 7, 2026** ## LaunchAZ Fall 2027 Cohort ## Biotech/Health Tech Focus Selected companies will spend five days in Phoenix building real connections with health systems, community partners, and biotech leaders, leaving with partnerships that move the needle.
* **July 6, 2026**– Applications open * **August 7, 2026**– Applications close and selected companies are contacted * **October 5, 2026**– LaunchAZ session begins in Phoenix, Arizona _Stay tuned for future cohorts around AI / SaaS and Advanced Technologies / Semiconductors.
_ **Domestic and international startups in the biotech and health tech sectors who:** * Have real revenue in their home market * Are exploring relocation or expansion into Arizona * Are ready to build pilot relationships and long-term partnerships * Can commit to program dates and travel for the in-person session October 5-7, 2026 ## Participants Receive Access to * **Arizona Mentors**: Get paired with a dedicated advisor with deep biotech and health tech expertise, invested in your success from day one.
